We were fortunate enough to have Chris come by our clinic to help us swap over our previous older thermostat to a Smart one. He first made sure that the device we were looking at was compatible with our heating/cooling system, and then double checked it before making the change-over. The whole process was quick and seamless (our clients didn't even realize we were doing any work!), but that didn't mean it wasn't informative. Chris was as efficient as possible trying to install an unusual appliance (countertop dishwasher under the counter plumbed permanently into the sink).
